DMACC to Host Free ‘Rock Enroll’ Event on Dec. 15 at All DMACC Campuses

Des Moines Area Community College recently issued the following announcement.

DMACC staff members will be available to help attendees apply to DMACC, register for Spring classes and get answers to their questions, in-person and one-on-one

  • ‘DMACC Presents: Rock Enroll’ will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wed., Dec. 15, at all DMACC campuses.
  • The event is free and open to everyone, and will offer a great opportunity for both prospective and current students to get one-on-one support.
  • The event will also feature a variety of fun giveaways, including DMACC swag, gift cards and a surprise grand prize.
Are you curious about college? Have you been thinking about starting (or restarting) your education? Are you ready to get qualified for one of the many in-demand jobs that are available right now?

DMACC invites YOU to attend its upcoming “Rock Enroll” event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wed., Dec. 15, at any of the College’s six campuses, which are located in Ankeny, Boone, Carroll, Des Moines (Urban), Newton and West Des Moines. During this free, in-person event, DMACC staff members will be available to provide one-on-one support and help attendees apply to DMACC, register for spring classes, find answers to their questions and get started on their future success.

“We want to encourage anyone who is interested in learning more about their options for continuing their education, finding an in-demand career and turning their passion into profession to attend our upcoming ‘DMACC Presents: Rock Enroll’ event,” said DMACC President Rob Denson. “Whether you’re thinking about starting or returning to school, or you’re a current student who has questions about the upcoming semester, this event is a great opportunity to get one-on-one support and answers. Don’t put off the start of your success.”

The event will also feature fun giveaways, including DMACC swag and gift cards, while supplies last, and a surprise grand prize. All attendees will be eligible to win, and early arrivals will receive a VIP lanyard.
