GC Career Academy Adult Education Classes

Coverpage effectiveness of corporate training

We have three upcoming classes for adult education offerings in the Greene County Career Academy.

The first class is a "Take and Bake" on Wednesday, April 13, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with our own Chef D ~ Denise Moranville ~ as our instructor. Participants will sample the meal at 6:30 p.m. when they arrive and then prepare their own meal for four to "Take and Bake" at home. The meal includes:  Garlic Buttered Chicken Breast, Herbed Roasted Potatoes, and Red Pepper and Shallot Green Beans.

The next two are Canva classes which will be taught by Emily Rohner. We are offering the Intro to Canva class a second time because it was such a success, and we have had a lot of requests to offer it again. This class will be held on Tuesday, April 19th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The second Canva class will be held that same week on Thursday, April 21, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Participants will take it up a notch using the knowledge they gained in the introductory class for this Advanced Canva class. Emily will help students tie it all together.

If you have questions, you can call Teresa Green at the Greene County Career Academy at 515.386.6190 or by email at green_t@iowacentral.edu.
