West Central Valley Community School District recently issued the following announcement.

School is fast approaching and we are busy getting prepared for an outstanding school year.  We wanted to update you on a few items to help you plan in the next couple of weeks.

Back to School Night

• Back to school night is a great opportunity to meet your student’s teachers, drop some supplies off, and explore the buildings. This will take place in all four of our buildings on Thursday, August 19th from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• In addition, the High School will be hosting a 9th-grade orientation that same evening (8/19) at 6:00 PM. 
• The Middle School will also be hosting a short 30 minute 6th-grade parent and student orientation at 4:30 PM.  

Please also check under the Student/Parent tab on our district website for school supply lists for all four buildings.  Our district website is:  https://wcvwildcats.org/. If you haven’t completed your child’s registration, please do so as soon as you can.  This needs to be done on a computer and not a phone.  The link is also found on the district’s home page. High School schedules are now open to view through JMC. Middle School student schedules and elementary teacher homeroom assignments will be going live for you to view through JMC on Friday, August 6th. You will need to be sure you are on the 21-22 school year in JMC to view the upcoming year. If you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming school year, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your student’s building secretary or principal.  We are happy to help.
