West Central Valley Community School District issued the following announcement.
As we approach our nation’s birthday, WCV is proud to display our new motorized American Flag which was donated in loving memory of Charles and Marilyn Arnburg.
The Arnburgs were two of the most dedicated Wildcats, and we are honored to display our nation’s colors on their behalf.
