Of the 860 people living in Lake Panorama in 2019, 49.8 percent (428) were women and 50.2 percent (432) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Iowa News.

There were as many males 18 and over as females. In the 65 and over age range, there were 200 females and 203 males.
