City of Carroll issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
Ice Skating Rink is now OPEN!!
Remember - if the gates are open, the rink is OPEN! The rink is located in Rolling Hills Park.
Lights will be on at the rink from 5pm-9pm.
Please note - the rink will not be staffed and therefore you are to skate at your own risk and please be courteous of others who wish to skate. The rink will remain open as long as conditions allow the ice to remain solid.
