City of Carroll issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.
For many city services you can simply "Skip the Trip" and stay home to remotely access the city service you need. This is particularly true if you are currently experiencing any flu like symptoms including fever, cough or difficulty breathing, are awaiting results of your COVID-19 test, or you have been told to quarantine due to possible exposure to COVID-19.

Paying Utility Bills
Payments can be put into drop boxes outside City Hall, 627 N Adams St. Credit card payments can be made by calling (712) 792-1000 during business hours. Payments can be made online by visiting municipalonlinepayments.com/carrollia.
Building Permits
Permit applications are available and can be submitted online at cityofcarroll.com/permits. Help is available over the phone by calling (712) 792-1000.
Remember, as with any illness, use common sense. Wash your hands, cover a cough or sneeze, keep your distance, and stay home when ill and we will all get through this.
