POSITION AVAILABLE (FT)
CNA – MedSurg
(Position Vacancy 2020-6022)
Guthrie County Hospital has a full-time CNA – MedSurg position available. This position reports to the Director of Acute & Emergency Services. Work evening shifts (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) including every other weekend and every other holiday.
This position provides nursing care to patients pursuant to the standard and policies of the department and the hospital.
Qualifications
– High school diploma or GED, preferred
-Minimum age of 16 years
-Current Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Iowa and 75 hours of on-the-job training
– Certification must be in good standing with the Nurse Aid Registry of the State of Iowa
– Heart Saver CPR Certification/Basic Life Support (BLS)
