City of Carroll issued the following announcement on May 29.
City Hall and the Police Department Lobby are reopening on Monday, June 1 to the public during our normal office hours of Monday through Friday 8 to 5. The City has put in a number of safety measures and implemented enhanced cleaning for the public and City Staff.
While offices are reopened, we have found most services can be handled without a visit. The public are encouraged to continue access City services whenever possible remotely via phone, electronic, and mail. Visit cityofcarroll.com/contact-us for up to date contact information for all City Offices.
Due to social distancing requirements that remain in place, the City Council meetings will continue to be held as virtual on-line.
