City of Carroll issued the following announcement on Mar. 27.
Randy Krauel, the City's Public Works Director/City Engineer, has been selected as one of the APWA's 2020 Top Ten Public Works Leaders of the Year. The recipients of these awards are those who embody professionalism, expertise, and personal dedication to improving the quality of life in their communities through the advancement of public works services and technology.
We are all so proud of Randy and celebrated today in the office. There were fewer than ten of us there and we all sat 6 feet away from each other. The City plans to hold a larger Open House when allowed, but for now, please congratulate Randy on this outstanding award!!!
