Carroll Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Jan. 9.
Today’s CCLI “Get to Know Me” is Sarah Matthewson
Sarah is Call Center Supervisor at American Home Shield. She supervises 15 authorization agents. Her team consists of home-based agents as well as in-house. Sarah, a native of Dubuque, also works on process improvement projects in addition to coaching and monitoring her team. Sarah is married and the couple have two children. Through the leadership program, she’s looking forward to networking with other leaders in the community and learning about the businesses in the area. She is also hoping to gain some knowledge on leadership skills that she may not have tried yet.
