Denison Chamber Of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Where: Center St., Uptown Denison, Iowa
Join us for this brand new event in Historic Uptown Denison, brought to you by the team that created the Tri City BBQ Fest! This cozy get-together is designed to boost your holiday spirit while raising money for a great charitable cause!
The event includes:
· Fire Pits
· Horse Drawn Wagon Rides
· Beverage Garden
· Food Vendors
· Cute Local Shops
· Screenings of 'It's a Wonderful Life' at the
Donna Reed Foundation for the Performing Arts
· Kids' Games
· Pics with Santa at his House
· Christmas Music
· Marshmallow Roasting
& More!
The beverage garden will serve beer, wine, and spiced wine and will be adding some "cheer" to coffee, cider and hot chocolate served by vendors Tres Baristas.
50% of the beverage garden proceeds will be donated to Goodfellows, a local partnership between West Central Community Action and the Denison Bulletin and Review, to help brighten the holidays for children.
The Bake Shop and Hollywood Cafe will be open for hearty food, hot drinks, and holiday treats! (Plus it will be warm in there!)
We are currently seeking up to three more specialty food vendors to place near the beverage garden. There is no cost to vend! (You just need to coordinate with us).
We are looking to partner with local businesses and organizations that would like to make this event even better. Host a kids' game, a Santa run, fundraiser or whatever you think would be fun. Reach out to us with your idea!
