2nd largest nursing home in Guthrie County as of Q4 2023

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Panora Specialty Care stood out as the second largest nursing home in Guthrie County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 46 beds available, six less than the average in Guthrie County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 37.9 residents during that period.

Panora Specialty Care had an overall rating of 3 from the CMS, which is higher than the average of 2.9 recorded for nursing homes in Iowa.

During the quarter, The New Homestead Care Center stood out as the largest nursing home in Guthrie County, with 58 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Panora Specialty Care has already spent a total of $41,481 in five fines and suffered five penalties.

In total, there was one non-profit nursing home in Guthrie County, Iowa.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
